1. Log in to your BookMeSmartly dashboard. 
2. Click Create Event → choose Group Event. 
3. Enter event details: name, description, location, and time slots. 
4. Set your attendee limit. 
5. (Optional) Activate One-Time Event and specify start/end times. 
6. Share your event link — BookMeSmartly takes care of confirmations, reminders, and tracking.
