How do I set my availability ?
You can set your availability in "Availability" menu and selecting the week days and times you are available for meetings. You can also set specific date/time slots availability or unavailability for specific date .
How do I share meeting link or embed calendar on my website ?
To share your meeting booking link, go to the event listing and click on "Share" button which will copy the link which can be shared via email, social media, or embed it on your website.
BookMeSmartly provides an embed code that allows you to integrate your booking calendar directly into your website.
Will I receive email notifications when someone books a meeting with me?
Yes, email notifications are sent to both the meeting organizer and the invitee when a meeting is booked or rescheduled or cancelled. It is sent with Google Meeting link if it is integrated by the organizer.
